There are far too many professionals who who use OpenType fonts on a daily basis for this problem to go unresolved. All “liga” features in opentype and truetypes are ignored. This means that any program that opeentype Apple’s printing technologies coupled with these fonts may have troubles printing either directly to the printer or when creating PDF documents.
